Our drivers will be at your home (or designated pick up location) Saturday, AUGUST 8th, between 9am-12:30pm. Please have your red bag out and ready to go by 9:00am, as drivers will not be able to ring or knock at your door if they don't find a bag waiting. When they take your filled red bag, they'll leave you an empty red bag for next time. Tax receipts will be emailed out after the pick up. Here are a few important things to know:

NO Sunday or Monday make up days, and NO pick up of missed/late bags this month. If you do not have your bag out on your porch by 9:00am next Saturday, and/or it's missed, we regret that we will be unable to pick it up later. You may either drop it off directly at the food bank (details below), or save it until our next pickup day in October.
If you'd prefer to drop your bag off directly to The Salvation Army's (TSA) food bank instead of having us pick it up on August 8th, feel free to do so, but please email us to let us know you will not need pickup at your home. TSA has a cart outside their front office door for drop offs. They're located at 3001 R Avenue, and their regular office hours are Mon - Thurs, 9am-4pm (closed 12-1pm for lunch). A replacement red bag can be found just inside TSA's front office door in their lobby.
Shortage items this month include: Jelly, Spam, Rice-A-Roni, crackers, canned meats, and small cans of tuna.
Items currently NOT NEEDED: chili, cereal, and granola bars. (The food bank has an abundance of these items at this time.)
Also, this month's special request is for diapers (sizes 4, 5, and 6).
