Our goal is to make it as easy as possible to get food back into our community. There are three ways to help:

Feed the Hungry
Donate food every other month. Pick-up days are the second Saturday of every-other month (February: February, April, June, August, October, and December).
Keep the red bag in your car.
Fill up the red bag with needed and requested food items.
Leave on your doorstep by 9am on our bi-monthly pick-up days (only six times a year), and we’ll do the rest!
100% Volunteer Driven
Help pick up the red bags and deliver them to the food bank
(six times a year for 1-2 hours).
Warehouse volunteers help weigh, sort and stock the pantry shelves
(six times a year for 3 hours).
Volunteers are needed for cleaning the red bags, re-labeling them, stocking the RBPs and other projects as they come up.
Make a Donation
As a 100% volunteer run non-profit 501c3, all monetary donations go right back into feeding the hungry in Anacortes. Donations are primarily used to purchase special food items (such as fresh fruits, dairy items, etc) for our Red Bag Pantry locations as well as provide larger food donations to families in need during holidays (ex. turkey dinners for Thanksgiving; ham dinners for Christmas).
