What to Know for Pick-Up Days

Our drivers will be at your home (or designated pick-up location) between 9 a.m.–12:30 p.m. on the second Saturday of even months (Feb, April, June, Aug, Oct, Dec).  Please have your red bag out and ready to go by 9 a.m.  

 

When our drivers take your filled red bag, they'll leave you an empty one for next time. Tax receipts will be emailed out after the pick-up.

Missed bag? Our apologies if we accidentally missed your bag! Please consider dropping it off directly at The Salvation Army's front office (3001 R Ave) during their business hours:  Mon–Thurs, 9 a.m.–4 p.m. (closed 12–1 p.m. for lunch).  Alternatively, if the main office is locked during business hours, red bags can also be dropped off inside their Family Services entrance (Suite 106A).  Family Services is also open on Thursdays from 4–6 p.m.  Ring the bell in the foyer to receive a replacement bag.

  • If you will be missing the Saturday, Feb. 14 pick-up, please email us beforehand so we don't needlessly stop by your home.

  • If you prefer to drop your bag off directly to The Salvation Army (TSA) food bank instead of having us pick it up on Feb. 14, feel free to do so, but please email us to let us know you won't need pick-up at your home.  This doesn't apply to donors who have "Drop-Off Status," as confirmed by A Simple Gesture.
